Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

Book reveal, bowling for kids, back on campus, and bringing students into the office: this was a fun week! Take a look at what the Tellwellians were up to!

This week’s writer

Hey readers, it’s Kari! I’m the video content specialist here at Tellwell and I have the pleasure of writing this week’s plog. As part of the film team, I conduct interviews, direct talent, write storylines, and so much more! Let’s get into it!

A peek between the pages 📚

Something exciting has been happening behind the scenes for our Chief Storyteller Max!

Over the last few months, he has been documenting a lot of knowledge, insights, and frameworks that we’ve been implementing here at Tellwell. Rooted in relationships and trust, this is going to be an in-depth guide into how to best be there for clients, organizations, and everyone else in between – all through the lens of storytelling.

Thanks to our extremely talented design team, the cover art came together beautifully and landed in our hands this week. Usually they say “don’t judge a book by its cover”, but in this case, this masterpiece reflects the warmth and honesty you’ll also find inside.

So get excited for this because big things are coming your way in the future!

Bowling for the kids 🎳

A few of us left the office for the lanes for a great cause.

With a team of four, Tellwell attended The Village Family Service Center’s Bowl For Kids’ Sake – a fundraising event that supports their Big Brothers Big Sisters program. This program matches youth in our community with a volunteer mentor, building a positive relationship and giving them someone to look up to. Along with having a team, Tellwell was a sponsor of the event!

Showing up for our Story Makers is always rewarding and this event was fantastic!

Student studio crawl 🚶🏼‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️

We welcomed a group of students into the office this week! As part of the AAF-ND Student Studio Crawl, we showed them around the entire office, introduced them to the team, and gave a presentation about Tellwell, highlighting work from our design, web, and film teams. These students came with a load of questions which is always great to see!

Are you fired up for this film? 🐉

Another week, another stop at one of our higher education Story Makers’ campuses!

For this film, we’re highlighting the athletic and academic career of the football quarterback. He’s been finding success not only in the classroom, but on the field as well. He’s kickstarting his journey towards bigger things in the sport, and being able to share this story will definitely be a cool part of this. Keep an eye out for this one!

A videographer captures footage of two young men walking and talking in front of a large, red "MSUM" sculpture on a college campus. A brick building and bare winter trees frame the outdoor scene.
That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming April 3rd!
