Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

A fun week filled with whimsy! Let’s see what Tellwell was up to! ❄️

This week’s writer

Hey readers, it’s Kari! I’m the video content specialist here at Tellwell and I have the pleasure of writing this week’s plog. As part of the film team, I conduct interviews, direct talent, write storylines, and so much more! Let’s get into it!

Making wishes happen 💫

Last weekend, a group of Tellwellians and friends attended the Make-A-Wish ND Wine & Wishes gala! We’ve had the privilege of working alongside the organizations in several projects and were the official Storytelling Sponsor of the event. We were introduced to several families and learned more about their personal journeys and even got to be part of a Wish Reveal which was so meaningful.

A group of people sit on stools on a stage during an event, participating in a panel discussion. Behind them is a large blue screen displaying photos of children and families inside circular frames, decorated with stars and a rocket ship.

April Fool’s egg hunt 🐣

Who doesn’t love a little whimsy around the office?

Walking into work on April 1st, we were met with instructions at our desk: the egg hunt was on! Between the Commons and Tellwell, there were over 40 eggs hidden with treats inside! Throughout the day, teammates found more and more eggs hidden all over. And as a bonus activity, a few eggs included MadGab-inspired riddles! There’s no better way to start a mid-week morning!

A hand holds a white card that reads, "Something foolish is afoot! Scamper around The Commons & Tellwell in search of treats! Collect up to 3 eggs to enjoy." The card is decorated with pink paw prints and colorful Easter eggs.
A blue plastic Easter egg sits on a speckled countertop next to a green fruit chew candy and a slip of paper. The paper has the words "ASH HOLD HURT HOOK RYE YAWN" written on it in teal marker.

Show & Tellwell 🤓

It can be easy to focus on your own work, but being able to learn more about what your teammates have been working on is also important!

This week at our full team stand up, we had Show & Tellwell — a time for each team to go through a project or two they are proud of and want to share with the others! Whether it was showcasing a successful website design, learning about new techniques in film, the process of research for design, or walking through a strategy session, everyone walked away with a deeper understanding into each team’s work!

A large television screen in a modern office displays a video call and a presentation slide titled "Web Show 'n' Tellwell." On the table in front of the screen are laptops, colorful water bottles, and a 360-degree meeting camera.

Did someone say treats? 🍫

There’s nothing better than Mama Beth walking into the office and yelling “I HAVE TREATS!”

She’s always surprising us with her delicious treats and sometimes, she even takes requests! This week’s sweet was Scotcheroos (also called Special K Bars to some). This was a major moment for Megan, as she’s unfortunately missed out on the last few rounds of this snack. We appreciate you keeping us well-treated Beth!

That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming April 10th!
