Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!
We’re back! We took a week off and came back ready and refreshed for a jam packed week – let’s see what we got up to!

Jumping back into filming
The film team came back with a bang this week with filming, photography, and more.
On Wednesday, they went to Bismarck to tag along on a field trip at the Gateway To Science with a North Dakota afterschool program! We conducted interviews, followed the action as kids explored the space, and even got on the school bus for a bit! This is just another piece to a much larger project in the works, so keep an eye out for more details on that as we wrap up production in the near future!
On Friday, we spent time at Fargo North High School for some filming for an instructional video! The film team, actors, and former intern Alayna had a successful film shoot to end the week – way to finish strong!
M3 Golf Tournament ⛳️
Another year, another successful M3 Tournament! Our very own Design Project Manager Megan is executive director for M3 – a nonprofit organization working to raise awareness, eliminate the stigma, and connect resources surrounding mental health.
A few of us followed the action with cameras, capturing the fun and golf skills of participants. We also had a Tellwell team participate in the tournament! Along with this, Tellwell is a proud sponsor of the event.
With beautiful weather and a couple of hours on the green, it was an amazing day all around.
The move is on! 📦
This was our last full week in the old office, but we are onto bigger and better things! Our big move is next Wednesday, so let the packing begin! We are so excited to get into our new space and get things settled. Come back next week for moving and new office content!
Re:Week Re:Cap!
As you all know, Team Tellwell was OoO last week for Re:Week. Let’s see what some of our team got up to with their time off!
Riley
I spent most of my Re:Week at the cabin, soaking up the sun and cruising around on the e-foil. Hard to beat lake time!
Sandie
I spent the week helping my sister and her fam get settled in their new home in Moorhead. They moved back to the area after living in North Carolina for the past several years. It was a great time watching the cousins bond and catching up with them!
Jordan
I traveled west to Mandan to spend the Fourth with my wife’s family, and take in their favorite tradition, the Mandan 4th of July parade! Had a great time with some extended family, and enjoyed bringing the dogs with us!
Kari
During our time off, we visited my hometown on the North Shore, spent some time at a tiny cabin in Willow River and explored Jay Cooke State Park! A little bit of time at home, a little bit of exploring, and a little bit of camping – all great things!
Lucas
We took a road trip up the coast of California, enjoying gorgeous ocean views and all the incredible nature of the West coast. Our first adventure into Big Sur was incredibly memorable and has us already dreaming about our next trip! We also met some cool birds.
Jenny
Jenny kicked off the week with some relaxing time at home and a little salon self-care. Midweek took her to Lake Lida for a sunny pontoon day with her college crew and her favorite burgers from Maple Beach. She then spent a few peaceful days at Little Pine Lake with family, enjoying kid swim sessions and a sunset cruise with red wine. The break wrapped up with a stop at Long Bridge and a slow, lazy Sunday back in Fargo.
Megan
I spent my week at the lakes with friends and family. Between pontoon rides, card games on the deck, frisbee with the pups, and swimming off the boat, it was a week well spent!
Annie
I spent my weekend logging some miles on the bike trails and the roads. In addition to some bike miles in FM, I took a quick trip to Detroit Mountain with Duncan and Max mid-week for a biking adventure. Then I headed up to the Iron Range in MN for some Fourth of July festivities in a friend’s hometown to round out Re:Week!
Jen
My little family spent time with my parents for a weekend eating good foods and playing in our backyard. Mid-week, I spent an afternoon catching up with a dear friend and getting creative at Clay Your Way. The rest of the week was preparing for and attempting tent camping with a 4 year old and a 4 month old (one day/night of success!) before retreating from the excessive bugs and heat for some lovely down time at home.
