A jam packed week for the Tellwell Team indeed! We celebrated a birthday, had another Ed-Venture, we even have an exciting internship opportunity in the works. Read on to get the deets!

Hey readers, it’s Kari! I’m the video content specialist here at Tellwell and I have the pleasure of writing this week’s plog. As part of the film team, I conduct interviews, direct talent, write storylines, and so much more! Let’s get into it!

Connecting Women Leaders 🌟

On Monday, Project Manager Megan had the opportunity to speak at the Bremer Bank “Be Inspired: Connecting Women Leaders” panel. This event is held each March to kick off International Women’s Month, highlighting leaders within our community, sparking conversations and an opportunity for networking.

Some Tellwell teammates attended the panel to learn, listen, and support her. Thank you Megan for uplifting the women in our community, and thank you to our teammates for uplifting Megan!

PM Ed-Venture! 📚

This week, the project managers of Tellwell had their Ed-Venture! We use these “education adventures” as a way to dive deeper into our craft, learn from each other, and spend some time bonding with our teammates.

The PMs had a jam packed day! They started off with coffees at Thunder Coffee to get the energy flowing, evaluated team strengths, then made a stop at the Fargo Library to share personalized PowerPoints educating the others on a topic of their choosing!

Once the day of learning was finished, they stopped by Star Bird Lounge in Moorhead for a tropical drink and their first try of Malört.

Continued learning and connecting is so important to our team, and implementing these Ed-Ventures have been an incredible addition to our organization. We just love our team and love to learn!

Happy birthday, Megan! 🎉

Guess who’s one year older (tomorrow)?! 🥳 We celebrated Megan’s birthday the best way we know how: birthday bagels. From sun-dried tomato to french toast, the team had their work cut out for them choosing what flavor they wanted! We always say “connection over content”, so being able to start our day gathered in the kitchen with some great conversations (and a birthday girl group hug) is always nice.

As our resident cheese-lover, we hope the cream cheese and bagels were a great kickstart to your birthday weekend! 🎉🥯

Our Design Team is seeking a motivated college student or May 2025 grad to join us for a summer internship program! As an intern, you’ll work alongside our experienced design team to gain hands-on experience in the design process, from concept development to handing over final deliverables.
