Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!
We enjoyed outside time, being out in the community, and diving deeper into our processes this week. Let’s get into it! ☀️
This week’s writer
Leadership in action 📢
Story Maker Success Manager Jenny has been busy in the background lately! She has been part of Leadership FMWF, diving deeper into what leadership looks like within our communities. Last week, she had the opportunity to share her and her group’s community change initiative they’ve been working on: Thriving Together.
This initiative brought the community together to support those transitioning from homelessness. They recently held an event to provide financial literacy, career resources, and more. Chief of Staff Annie attended to support! It’s amazing seeing our own teammates out in our communities, making change and learning along the way.
Strategery! 📚
This week, the strategy team sat down for their Q1 Ed-Venture!
Setting aside time to dive deeper into the strategy process, team-specific workflows, and the best way to share all this information with our Story Makers are just a few things that were worked on. Being able to take a closer look at what works, what needs cleaning up, and how to improve our processes is such an important part of creating the best experiences for those who work with us. Leaving this Ed-Venture, Megan and Max have a clearer vision for what strategy looks like at Tellwell.
Rolling! 🎥
The film team has once again been out and about in the community – more specifically, across the river in Moorhead for several shoots lately!
Whether it be cozying up to the kitchen island for a CEO welcome video, or capturing conversations at the local brunch spot, we’ve got lots of exciting projects in the work.
Beautiful day 🌤️
The team definitely took full advantage of the single day of summer-like weather this week.
After lunch, several Tellwellians made their way to the backyard and soaked in some sun. And working outside? It’s amazing. The fresh air and warm sun just has a way of making you feel productive. While we might be back into a winter slump, we look forward to the warmth returning soon!
That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming April 24th!
