Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

We’re taking off early this week for the holiday, but that doesn’t mean we have less to share! Volunteering, filming, and snacking – oh my! Let’s see what we were up to this week!

This week’s writer

Hey readers, it’s Kari! I’m the video content specialist, today’s birthday girl, and lover of Thanksgiving here at Tellwell and I have the pleasure of writing this week’s plog. As part of the film team, I conduct interviews, direct talent, write storylines, and so much more! Let’s get into it!

Helping our community 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Last Friday, a group of Tellwellians spent their afternoon at the Emergency Food Pantry. EFP is such an important part of our community, ensuring people and their families have the food they need. After a quick tour and rundown of the process, our group got to work stuffing grocery bags. What a fulfilling way to spend an afternoon!

Finishing up some filming 🎥

We wrapped on some commercial filming with our friends at Vogel Law Firm! We headed downtown to their office to grab the last few scenes we will need to finish up these projects. Despite the first snow storm of the season hitting the same day, we had a great time capturing interactions and B-roll with the team. Keep an eye out for these commercials!

Picture perfect pumpkin pie 🥧

Team Tellwell was gifted a delicious pumpkin pie from our insurance rep (thank you Nathan)! This occasion called for a high quality pie photo shoot by Annie Wood herself. She took creative liberties by adding a healthy helping of whipped cream and a cinematic sprinkling of cinnamon. Hopefully we didn’t make you too hungry!

Birthday wishes! 🎉

To finish off our short week, we celebrated my (Kari’s) birthday! We gathered around the kitchen island and shared some tasty treats to celebrate and I really felt the love from the team. We had an exciting debate about cookie cutting etiquette and talked about my goals for my 28th year. With a theme of thankfulness in the air, I want to take some time to appreciate Team Tellwell for all that they do. They always go above and beyond to create a fun, inviting, and warm environment and they bring the love every single day. Thanks for making everyone feel seen and celebrated!

That wraps up this week! Have a happy Thanksgiving and keep an eye out for our next plog, coming December 5th!
