This week’s writer

Hey readers, it’s Kari! I’m the video content specialist here at Tellwell and I have the pleasure of writing this week’s plog. As part of the film team, I conduct interviews, direct talent, write storylines, and so much more! Let’s get into it!

On the road again 🚗 ✈️

This month was the start to some crazy travel for the film team! This is a project we look forward to every year – making personal impact films about Hall of Fame inductees for a nationwide financial organization. We get to dive deeper into who they are, what their lives look like, and what got them to where they are today.

We started out in Southern Minnesota with a chilly day on the lake and ending the day documenting some family time at their home. Once this film was wrapped, we packed our bags and left for Missouri!

We landed and got straight to work showcasing some high-level, at-home BBQing and spent time highlighting the fun family atmosphere this family brought. With 2 films wrapped for this Story Maker, keep an eye out for the next trips (4 more films to go)!

A behind-the-scenes shot of a videographer wearing headphones and a camera rig filming a man in a commercial kitchen who is preparing several trays of smoked brisket.
A videographer using a professional stabilizer rig films a man lining up a shot on a teal pool table inside a finished basement featuring a home bar.

Locals love us, and we love you! 🫶🏼

Tellwell is honored to have been considered and an award winner for Locals Love Us! We had a fun delivery filled with yummy snacks and drinks to celebrate. Being able to work with and amplify community voices means so much to us and to be recognized warms our hearts. We love our locals (and beyond)!
