Spirit Week in full swing
To celebrate Tellwell’s birthday this week, we held a Spirit Week! Every single day was a different theme, and everyone absolutely delivered. Let’s see what went down!
“Dress Like Your Favorite Character When You Were 10” Day
Shaggy, Nancy Drew, and Inigo Montoya, oh my! We started strong this week, reflecting on our personal interests when we were 10 in preparation for Tellwell’s 10th birthday! From movies, TV shows, books and more, we didn’t hold back. We finished off the day with a fun Happy Hour with the entire team. Let’s do a roll call of the characters that made it to the office!
Jordan – Shaggy
Annie – Nancy Drew
Duncan – Inigo Montoya
Kari – Hannah Montana
Megan – Ginny Weasley
Sandie – Reggie Rocket
Jen – Carmen Cortez
Lucas – Mr. Incredible
Riley – Miracle On Ice
Max – Al Borland
“Dress Like A Board Game” Day
We love fun and (board) games, so today was an exciting day! The creativity was rampant, and the games were plenty. From Bananagrams to Ticket To Ride, the selection was impressive. Let’s take a look at the rest of the costumes!
Jordan – Dungeons and Dragons
Annie – Mrs. Peacock from Clue
Duncan – Ticket To Ride
Kari – Sorry!
Megan – Bananagrams

Along with the dress up theme, the whole team made their way to AAF-ND Presents: “Turning Your Ideas from Meh to Marvelous” with Todd Turner! We love spending time as a team while learning and absorbing new ideas from fellow creatives. We got to play “Wash-A-Pig”, a creative training game with the purpose of making you think outside the box! Plus, we were able to showcase our lovely outfits to the outside world. Success!
Photo refresh with Britta
We welcomed Britta the Photographer into our office this week for some refreshed brand photos! We love keeping our content fresh and Britta always delivers. From showing us in our natural habitats (our desks) to creating collaborative environments, we can’t wait to see how these photos turn out. For now, here’s a sneak peak! Thanks again, Britta!
Tellwell Birthday Day!
Happy 10th birthday Tellwell! We celebrated a decade of storytelling this Wednesday and to say we are grateful is an understatement. Being able to reflect on all the stories we have told, the lives we have changed, and the impact we have made was incredibly rewarding. We welcomed friends, family, and clients to the office for a celebration of the last 10 years. We had a night filled with snacks, drinks, activities, and of course, a huge appreciation for everyone that has been there on this journey. Keep an eye out for a more in-depth blog recounting the last decade of Tellwell.
Fall Retreat & the continuation of Spirit Week
We had our annual fall retreat this week as well, how exciting! To continue Spirit Week, the themes were “Color Block” Day and “Flannel Friday”! With Spirit Week wrapped up, let’s dive into retreat.
We left Thursday morning for Nome, ND, where we had the opportunity to stay at the Nome School House! This space was beautiful, filled with history, and the perfect space for Team Tellwell to spend some quality time together. Retreat was filled with learning, fun, and bonding. We spent time reflecting on the last year, while looking ahead to 2030, crafting a vision for what lies ahead. We developed our skills and practiced new ones along the way. We spent time together playing games, making crafts, and doing trivia. Overall, these two days were well spent with great company and we all left with a refreshed vision for what the future will hold, strengthened relationships with coworkers, and our fair share of laughable moments.
