Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

Barbecue and parties, books and (temporary) farewells, Tellwell kept busy this week. Read on to see what we got up to!

Barbecue galore!

Remember we teased part two of our film team’s Montana filming? Well, here it is! For the third year in a row, Tellwell helped Kenyon Noble capture the fun and flames at the annual Montana Pitmaster Classic!

From roasts to ribs, flanks to fillets, our film team had their fill of yummy food and wonderful community.

Don’t worry–Storyteller in Chief Max’s face is in reaction to what Cinematographer Jordan said off camera. The barbecue was amazing!

Max tries to enjoy a sandwich. He's not very convincing.

Even MORE filming?!

Wheels had barely hit the ground before the film team was back at it! Back in Fargo (and in Tellwell’s studio), the film team continued working on a series of how-to videos for at-home DIY projects.

All About Annie!

Chief of Staff Annie had a big week: celebrating her birthday and appearing on a podcast!

Annie holds a sign that says "To Tellwell's very own Princess Peach, happy birthday and tysm for ruling our kingdom." She's wearing a unicorn headband and smiling.

While there wasn’t cake at the podcast, Annie still had a blast! She appeared on “Crafting Your Path: Embracing Curiosity in the Workplace.” The episode is through The Cultivators Community You can check out Annie’s episode by clicking the image below.

A (Temporary) Farewell

The team said a sad farewell to Emma, one of our project managers, this week. But don’t worry! She’s still part of the team!

Emma will be taking a virtual sabbatical in Chicago. She’ll still be working with us and connecting with us virtually, but she won’t be in office much. Fun fact: she does plan on visiting the Tellwell HQ in Fargo pretty often.

While the goodbye was only temporary, Emma gave us each a gift to remember her by. She picked out books for each of us, either from her own collection or thoughtfully thrifted. Each person’s set was something that made her think of us: a book about cats plotting to kill their owners for Content Specialist KJ, a fairytale romance for Senior Design Strategist Sandie, a storytelling memoir for Max… each of us got a gift that we’ll enjoy reading for years to come–or at least until Emma is back in Fargo.

Safe travels, Emma!

That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming September 6th!
