Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

Our “Just One Thing” this week: we’ve moved! Scroll on for a few moving moments.

A hand holds a sticker that reads “TELLWELL” in front of a modern, black brick building with large glass garage-style doors. The background is slightly out of focus but includes a sidewalk, a standing sign, and some trees, suggesting the exterior of a creative or media office space. The image conveys a sense of branding or a new location reveal.

This week’s writer

Hi! Hello! How are ya? Annie here to bring you the highlights from “Moving Week” at Tellwell as we’ve packed up and unpacked so so so many boxes as we’re getting settled into our new home. As Chief of Staff at Tellwell, my focus is on making sure we have the right people and resources to deliver the best strategies and creative work to our Story Makers. And sometimes I’m tasked with leading the charge to “clean out the beer fridge so we can pack it up!”

Movin’ on Up & Over 📦

You’ve probably seen updates about our new office over the last year as the construction crew has transformed an existing building into Tellwell’s new home and The Commons Coworking space. This week, we packed up alllll our stuff and moved to our forever home! What’s really fun is that we haven’t gone too far – just a couple of blocks from our old spot on NP Avenue, so it’s made moving pretty slick! We’d love for you to visit us at 5 14th St N in Fargo. And, of course, stay tuned for a fun [Open] House Party coming later this year when we’ve officially unpacked and gotten settled.

A colorful lounge area in an office space with a lime green accent wall and large windows letting in natural light. Furniture is stacked as if the room is being rearranged or cleaned—blue chairs are placed upside down on a red sofa and white coffee tables. A green circular rug and various art pieces give the room a playful, casual vibe.
A modern, open-concept office space with a mezzanine level is shown. The foreground includes shared desks with a few scattered items like a monitor, water bottle, plant, and orange rolling drawer. To the right is a railing overlooking the lower floor, which has large windows and a glass garage-style door letting in natural light. In the background, there are three office rooms with glass doors and windows, one of which contains bright green chairs around a table. The walls are painted blue and white, and the flooring is a light-colored carpet. The space appears to be in the process of being set up or reorganized.
Two men are assembling metal shelving in a nearly empty room with a black wall. One kneels with a tool, smiling at the camera, while the other stands holding a metal frame. Several cardboard boxes and various packing materials are scattered around the room, indicating a move-in or setup process.
A loft-style lounge area is shown from above, featuring colorful mid-century modern furniture arranged around a green circular rug. The space includes a kitchen with white cabinets and barstools, and two people are seen chatting near the counter. Cardboard boxes are visible, suggesting the space is being unpacked or rearranged.

One Last Film Day in the OG Studio 🎥

Before we packed up the original Tellwell studio on NP Avenue, we snuck in one more day of filming with our favorite Know-How star, Jenny! The crew packed in the filming for several episodes before packing up to move.

A behind-the-scenes look at a video shoot in a studio space. A woman stands behind a wooden table, speaking on camera under professional lighting. Crew members operate cameras and equipment. The set features light wood paneling, fake windows with a scenic backdrop, and houseplants, creating a clean, inviting scene.
A video production setup captures a woman planting flowers in a studio decorated with a hardware store theme. She kneels on artificial grass, surrounded by potted plants, potting soil bags, and gardening tools. Two camera operators film the scene under studio lights, and a "Kenyon Noble" lumber and hardware logo is displayed on the wall behind her.

Tellwellians Out & About ⭐️

You’ll often spot someone from our team at events in the community to both support and to learn. This week Jenny, our Story Maker Success Manager, attended the ND Women’s Business Networking event and the Chamber’s ND Legislative Session Recap. Staying up on what’s happening in our community and region is key to supporting our Story Makers. When you see one of us in the “wild” be sure to say hi!

A person holds a pamphlet titled “North Dakota Legislative Wrap-Up” in the foreground of a government meeting room. The pamphlet features headshots and names of six state legislators, including Representatives Steve Swiontek, Brandy Pyle, Greg Stemen, and Senators Kristin Roers, Josh Boschee, and Ron Sorvaag, along with their respective districts. The background shows a blurred image of a panel of officials seated at a raised dais, with the American flag and a seal on the wall behind them. The setting suggests a public legislative or community meeting.
That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming July 25th!
