Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!
Between smoky skies and scattered showers, it hasn’t been the best week to be outdoors, but that didn’t stop Team Tellwell from completing film shoots, visiting Storymakers, or attending conferences. You know what time it is… It’s PLOG O’CLOCK!
This week’s writer
Hi, friends – it’s your old pal Lucas, Lead Project Manager here at Tellwell. This is my second date with the Plog, and it’s safe to say that things are getting serious. We’re opening up and sharing more about ourselves. For example, did you know that I’m a lifelong theatre nerd? I’m still reliving all of the incredible performances from the Tonys last weekend. My soundtrack for the week has been the cast recording of Best Musical winner Maybe Happy Ending. So good!
Swing, doner, doner!
We are in production mode this month for a new film project highlighting some of the great philanthropic work being done in the FM community by individuals and non-profit organizations alike.
The film team had the opportunity to visit The Sandlot in Moorhead to capture a baseball training session and sit down with some of the donors and leaders who keep the spirit of giving alive and well in our community.
Heading down South with RMHC
OK, not that far South! Chief Storyteller Max and Project Manager Megan attended the Leadership Gathering for Ronald McDonald House Charities, presented in Sioux Falls.
Three days of mission-driven connection were had, and the future is looking incredibly bright for RMHC as their mission grows to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.
Tour de Storymaker
The Tellwell Team takes time each month to share some gratitude toward our Storymakers, the incredible clients that we get to work with each and every day. To make sure these folks could really feel the love, Storymaker Success Manager Jenny took to the streets and shared some handwritten notes and tasty treats with 17(!) of our local Storymakers in one impressive circuit of the FM area.
A fresh coat of paint
After lunch on Tuesday, a small group of us wandered over to the future Tellwell HQ to check out the newly painted exterior, an encouraging sign that our move-in date is on the horizon!
The black half of the building will be the new home of the Tellwell offices and studio, while the white half will become The Commons coworking space. Stay tuned for lots more news about both of these exciting spaces in the coming months.
