Happy New Year, Friends!

It’s Team Tellwell’s first full week back in the office, and that means it’s time for our first Plog of 2024! As we settle into our routines and prepare for another exciting year, we look back fondly on a week of family time, food, and…llamas?

Read on to see what Team Tellwell got up to during our holiday Re:Week!

Re:Week Re:Cap

Any good Re:Week needs to involve the three Fs: friends, family, and FOOD. And oh boy, was there food.

In addition to the dozens of Christmas cookies that were consumed, Matt and Hannah made a memorable stop at Stalzy’s Deli in Madison, Wisconsin, while traversing the upper Midwest to visit family. Lucas and Christine made something called “spinach noodles” for Christmas, per tradition. Perhaps most importantly, Annie made at pit stop for some Potato Oles while driving back from a day trip to Minneapolis (Taco Johns: gone from Fargo, but never forgotten).

For many of us, Re:Week is an opportunity to rest, relax, and recharge. For Katie, this meant countless hours snuggled up with a good book, a cup of coffee, and her cat. Lucas used his chill time to finally beat Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Annie took self care to another level with regular trips to her backyard sauna. #hygge

While some of us embraced the wintry weather (including an ice storm that kept us inside for several days), Sandie and family made an escape to Fort Myers, Florida. In addition to the sunshine, the Kuehn clan enjoyed quality time with Sandie’s parents, long hours in the outdoor pool, and a sunset pirate cruise.

However, the award for “most exotic Re:Week retreat” goes to Emma, who spent her break on a llama farm in Michigan.

Of course, the best part of any Re:Week is spending it with people we love.

That’s it for this Re:Week Re:Cap! Come back next week to see what our crew gets up to next.
