Ain’t No Party Like a WRT Party
Katie and The Boys™️ traveled to Hazen last week to livestream WRT‘s annual meeting! After having to cancel their 2020 meeting due to the pandemic, WRT pulled out all the stops to celebrate their 68th and 69th years. Between the meatballs & gravy lunch and the Hawaiian shirt-wearing gospel quartet, it was peak North Dakota.
Special shout-out to Beth Krause, WRT’s Marketing Manager and one of our favorite people in the world, for letting us crash at her lovely Lake Sakakawea cabin and showing us a heck of a good time!
Note to self: More film shoots should include sunset boat rides.

Speaking of boat rides, Ketah had the time of her life out on the Blacktail Dam last weekend.

On Wednesday, Devan enlightened us with his takeaways from Dale Carnegie of ND & MN’s High Impact Presentations course. We learned all about creating captivating opening statements, establishing credibility through evidence, and maintaining composure in the face of difficult questions.
Plus, we got to enjoy Rosy’s delicious chicken tikka masala. ?
