Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

Breakfast surprises, regional travels, and some party punch list commotion. So long as the pizza arrives, we’re savoring the last of summer – see what else!

This week’s writer

Hello, hey, hi! It’s Jennifer, the Production Graphic Designer at Tellwell Story Co. Thanks for stopping by the plog! Let’s read some words and peep some pictures together in Tellwell’s little corner of the digital sphere. Welcome!

Construction Commotion–Come On Over!

Tellwell’s new headquarters has an air of chaos with some construction this week. With the first few months under our belt at 14th Street (and one fewer coffee machine on the premises), the latest commotion brings us one step closer to an exciting event…

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, join us at 5 14th St N, Fargo (behind Livewire) from 4–6:30 pm for our Grand Opening!

We’ll kick things off with a ribbon cutting at 4 pm, then keep the celebration going with apps from our friends from Heart & Soul Community Café, interactive activities, and plenty of good storytelling. We hope you can join us. ➡️ RSVP here

Bring your stories. We’ll bring the snacks.

Hectic Hounds–ACTION!

This week, our film team staged what felt like a miracle shoot for a Story Maker’s upcoming project. For part of the shoot, being outdoors with the talent including kids and dogs can prove challenging, but since the event is in one month, getting it all sorted out and filmed successfully in time was a big win!

Team Travels

This week, Jenny was on the move building–and literally crossing–bridges. Wednesday, she, Max, and Megan fueled up with some coffee and made their way north to Grand Forks to meet with a Story Maker who is eager to work with Tellwell to expand their reach in the community. Young professionals, stay tuned–hint, hint. Later this week, the FMWF Chamber Leadership program pushed Jenny out of her comfort zone. From ropes courses to zip lines to climbing a telephone pole, she navigated lessons in trust—gaining insights she’ll carry to Tellwell and beyond through facing fear, celebrating wins, and leaning into community.

Surprise Feeding the Crew

Back at the office, the week wrapped up with a fun surprise. Compliments to the Chef Brunchmakers Duncan, Max, and Annie for whipping up some cakes, bacon, and eggs for the team. What a scrumptious start to our day, and a great way to spend time together before the weekend!

That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming September 19th!
