Welcome to Tellwell’s weekly Plog (photo-blog)!

Mountains of snow, mountains of lefse, and mountains of work getting delivered! We made every minute count this week, so let’s see what the team was up to.

This week’s writer

Hello there, Tellwell friends! ‘Tis I, Annie the Chief of Staff, bringing you the merry happenings from Tellwell HQ and from visiting Story Makers near and far. As the Chief of Staff, I spend much of my time behind-the-scenes supporting our team. I also get to contribute to our Story Makers through coaching, training, and strategy. Lately, I’ve been leading our team through setting goals for 2026 using the combo of the ACES Framework and Action Surge! (Shameless Plug: If you need help with goals, hit me up! I love to lead teams and individuals through this workshop)

Off to the Mountains! ⛰️

The last trip of 2025 is in the books as our Film Crew traveled west to our friends and InterBel in the Tobacco Valley of northwest Montana. The unstoppable team of Duncan, Max, Kari, and Lucas made time for filming, photoshoots, website review and 2026 planning. They really packed the schedule to make the most of the trip! We love the opportunities to visit Story Makers and getting to see InterBel’s new home base was the perfect way to wrap 2025.

Light It Up ✨

Every Tellwellian has a special ornament on the Christmas Tree with a clever (at least I think so!) name and a nod to their personality. This year, we bestowed the “Lite Brite” award upon Jenny. “You bring cheer, joy, and levity to our days. You often lighten the mood and keep our spirits bright! You’ve been a jolt of joy from day one and made sure we have plenty of fun!”

Special Delivery: Projects, Designs, and Websites! 💌

As 2025 is winding down, we’re making deliveries all over town! So we’re kinda like Santa, minus the reindeer. We’re especially excited for West Fargo Events’ website launch so that the community can look ahead to all sorts of fun in 2026. Plus we’ve delivered projects like Lead Generators for our friends at Weyer Companies and a Q1 Newsletter for the fine folks at Ronald McDonald House to send out in the new year. Let’s just say we made a list, checked it twice, and we’re crossing off alllll the things before the holidays!

Jolly Holiday Par-Tay 🎁

Projects weren’t the only thing getting wrapped up this week: we also wrapped gifts (and unwrapped them!) for our annual holiday party! After chowing down on some brunch, we tried our hand at lefse making lead by Jenny, our Story Maker Success Manager. Let’s just say we’re almost as good at making lefse as we are at eating it. Our team is incredibly grateful to spend time celebrating together being merry and bright as we look ahead to Re:Week starting December 24th when we close the office down for a long winter’s nap. (Don’t worry, we’ll be back January 5th!)

That wraps up this week! Keep an eye out for our next plog, coming to you in 2026!
