This week at Tellwell was packed—from celebrating, strategizing, and storytelling to wrapping it all up with a big night at the Addy Awards.

I’m Max, Chief Storyteller at Tellwell—and in the eight years we’ve been doing this, I don’t think I’ve ever written a photo blog. But there’s a first time for everything, right?
Each week, we pack our days with creativity, collaboration, and (let’s be honest) a fair amount of coffee. Now, onto the good stuff: birthdays, storytelling, and a big night at the Addys! 🚀
Jenny’s Birthday (Featuring Otis, the Unofficial Office Celeb)
We kicked off the week celebrating Jenny’s birthday! As our new Storymaker Success Manager, she got the full Tellwell welcome—good vibes, plenty of laughs, and, of course, a birthday photo. Otis, our resident office dog and professional camera ham, was more than happy to pose for the occasion.
WellTold is Coming, and the Mics Are On
With WellTold—the nonprofit storytelling conference—just around the corner, we’ve been recording teaser podcast episodes featuring some of the incredible speakers. This week, Rob and Matt from DonorDock stopped by the office to record a special episode, and we can already tell this lineup is going to be 🔥.
Riley Heads North & A Full Friday Ahead
On Thursday, Riley made the trek from Sioux Falls, setting us up for a Friday that was absolutely stacked. The day started bright and early with Creative Mornings, where we soaked in fresh ideas, new perspectives, and maybe an extra cup of coffee (or three).
A Sneak Peek at Tellwell’s Future Home 🏡✨
Big things are happening at the new home of Tellwell! This summer, we’ll be settling into a brand-new space, and to say we’re excited is an understatement.
The new spot? More room to collaborate, create, and, of course, for office dogs to lounge in prime sunbeam real estate. It’s got everything we’ve been dreaming of—open creative spaces, cozy nooks for deep work, and plenty of room to grow.
We took a little tour this week, and while there’s still work to be done, we can already picture the magic that’s going to happen here. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the big move—this is just the beginning!
Seven Addys & a Night to Celebrate
The week ended with a bang at the American Advertising Federation Awards Show, where Tellwell took home seven Addys! We’re so grateful for this recognition and beyond proud of the incredible projects we’ve worked on with our clients and partners.
