It’s almost time for the most generous day of the year!

At Tellwell, we know you get to wear many hats throughout the year, so we wanted to help take some of that off your plate. That’s why we developed our Giving Hearts Day package! In collaboration with Impact Foundation, we’re providing you with all of the beautifully written, brilliantly designed collateral you need to execute your most successful GHD campaign yet!

Creative Process

We collaborate with each of our partners to develop a unique campaign theme that aligns with their Giving Hearts Day goals.

Video

The Impact video is up to 2 minutes long telling your story to your donors with 2 interviews and captivating b-roll. This includes up to 3 interviews in 1 location and up to 1 hour of B-roll shooting in up to 2 locations. Up to 2 edits.

Emails

We will write 4 emails that are on point with your campaign. 2 leading up to GHD, 1 day of, and 1 thank you email. We will provide the header image and any email images needed. From there, you are responsible for placing in your email marketing platform and sending.

Compelling Social

We will Create 12 Facebook posts and 12 Tweets telling your campaign story. This includes writing and graphic design of each. We will hand those over via the Master Plan and it is your responsibility to publish those.

Post Cards and Thank You Cards

Your future donations are hanging on a beautiful thank you card! Your donors deserve a proper thank you. We’ll design and you can send to a printer of your choice. Cards can be ordered through Tellwell at $1/card + envelope.
